REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Maison Vinum, we take great care in the quality and condition of every product we deliver. Due to the size and nature of our items, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase. Returns must be approved in advance by our team. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Due to the nature of large-item shipping, return costs may be significant.

We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and provide a solution.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items or products that have been installed, used, or altered after delivery.
