WARRANTY

At Maison Vinum, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Every purchase is covered by a limited warranty designed to ensure long-term performance and peace of mind.

Our products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

Any visible damage or cosmetic issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for coverage.

If a defect is identified within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or offer a suitable solution for the affected product.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It also does not apply to issues caused by external factors such as electrical faults, environmental conditions, or misuse.
