Where we ship

We deliver to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Delivery is free to all three.

Made to order

Maison Vinum cellars are not held in warehouse stock. When you place an order, it is sent directly to our factory and enters production for you.

Production

Your cellar is built to order in around eight weeks, whatever the model. Each unit is assembled, tested and inspected before it is released for shipping.

Transit

Once built, tested and inspected, your cellar is dispatched and delivered within one to three weeks. Total time from order to delivery is typically nine to eleven weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your cellar leaves the factory.

Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our cellars, deliveries are carried out by specialized carriers and may require a scheduled delivery appointment. Additional fees may apply for remote areas, islands, or addresses with difficult access — we will always confirm any such cost with you before your order is produced.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and that access conditions are suitable for large items prior to placing your order. Upon delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting the product carefully before signing, as acceptance confirms that the item has been received in good condition. Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Import duties and taxes

All orders are shipped delivered duty paid. Import duties, VAT and sales tax are included in the price you see and are settled by Maison Vinum. Nothing further is collected at checkout, and nothing is payable to the carrier on delivery — the price shown is the price you pay.

Delays

Production and transit timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factory capacity, shipping schedules, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed if your order is affected.
