Made to order

Maison Vinum cellars are not held in warehouse stock. When you place an order, it is sent directly to our factory and enters production for you.

Production

Build time depends on the model: approximately 10 to 15 days for a Compact cellar, and 15 to 20 days for the larger Connoisseur and Prestige cabinets. Each unit is assembled, tested and inspected before it is released for shipping.

Transit

Once built, your cellar is shipped by sea freight, which takes approximately 40 days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore typically 50 to 60 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your cellar leaves the factory.

Delivery

Standard delivery is offered within the United States. Due to the size and weight of our cellars, deliveries are carried out by specialized carriers and may require a scheduled delivery appointment. Additional fees may apply for remote areas, difficult access locations, or premium delivery services such as in-home setup.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and that access conditions are suitable for large items prior to placing your order. Upon delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting the product carefully before signing, as acceptance confirms that the item has been received in good condition. Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Delays

Production and transit timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factory capacity, shipping schedules, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed if your order is affected.
